Let's start with the water resistant exterior. V2 is made of an all weather material that wicks water out and away instead of soaking. We will not insure your gun but we are pretty damn confident it will keep it dry as long as it isn't submerged for a long period of time. There are two large compartments on this fanny pack. The largest one is ten inches wide and six inches tall, and the mid-sized pocket is seven inches wide and five and a half inches wide.
